We order Mutton ribs, Brain masala, Mutton shahi karahi, Beef afghani boti, Chicken bihari tikka, Garlic naan and drinks which is compulsory and i also order mint lemonade which is my most favorite drink. Let's start.. Few days back we decided to visit @bhashanisweets.blogspot.com to try their food. They arranged sitting on roof top in order to follow govt. Imposed SOPs. At first, we were extremely disappointed by their ambiance, during that time weather was extremely hot and there was nothing, seriously nothing arranged for customers to enjoy their food, they should have installed and or atleast arrange padistal fan for each of table. Now coming towards their food. We have ordered chicken karahi and chowmein and some drinks. Their food was no doubt very delicious but quantity was very less. I ordered mint margarita, which they refused to serve because their so called machine was not working, but they add that item in the final bill (which we asled them to remove and ask them to give us new bill) They should focus to improve their ambiance, and ofcourse their food quantity. Boneless chicken in small pieces Garlic and ginger paste: 2tsp 1 tsp or as per your taste Black pepper half tbsp Cornflour: 1 tbsp Red mirch powder: half tsp Red chilli flakes: half tsp Mozzarella cheese: 3tbsp or as per your choice. Cucumber and tomato/onion and cucumber. Vegetable of your choice what you want to add.. METHOD: In a sauce pan add half cup water. Add boneless chicken. Add two tsp garlic and ginger paste and salt as per your requirement.. MARINATION: Take out boiled chicken in a bowl.. Add cornflour, red chilli flakes and red mirch powder and set aside for 5 to 10 mints.. Then take a pan add oil and them chicken and fry it until light brown or fully cooked. Make a paratha. In a paratha add tomato ketchup, chicken then add cucumber and tomato or onion and cucumber what you want. Add mozzarella cheese. To day i am reviewing about the cake of Bhashani sweets The cake was good... not to much sweet and sponge was very soft and moist... Flavour of chocolate was good..
