Boneless chicken in small pieces
Garlic and ginger paste: 2tsp
1 tsp or as per your taste
Black pepper half tbsp
Cornflour: 1 tbsp
Red mirch powder: half tsp
Red chilli flakes: half tsp
Mozzarella cheese: 3tbsp or as per your choice.
Cucumber and tomato/onion and cucumber.
Vegetable of your choice what you want to add..
METHOD:
In a sauce pan add half cup water. Add boneless
chicken. Add two tsp garlic and ginger paste and salt
as per your requirement..
MARINATION:
Take out boiled chicken in a bowl.. Add cornflour, red
chilli flakes and red mirch powder and set aside for 5
to 10 mints..
Then take a pan add oil and them chicken and fry it
until light brown or fully cooked.
Make a paratha. In a paratha add tomato ketchup,
chicken then add cucumber and tomato or onion and
cucumber what you want. Add mozzarella cheese.
After this put paratha in a pan so that cheese will
melt and that's it. Now it is ready to eat 4.
